Prep your martini glasses by putting a few cubes of ice in each one and filling them with cold water. Then take a martini shaker, preferably stainless steel, fill it with ice and the listed ingredients. Shake well. Empty the ice and water from your martini glasses and strain the contents of the shaker into your newly chilled glasses. Serve straight up with a few chilled fresh raspberries in the bottom. Repeat as needed.
Tip: The color should be a very pale baby pink, way lighter than a Cosmo. If its too sweet or any darker than your cheeks after a compliment, then you’re using too much Chambord.
