Paula Schmitt, a return client, came to us to redesign some of her latest projects. She initially became our client a few years ago when she asked us to design her company website Mom Writer’s Productions, LLC and blog What Did You Do All Day. This year she came back to have her magazine Mom Writer’s Literary Magazine website redesigned to match her branding of the sites we previously did for her. Paula’s color scheme includes variations of blue, pink and green while still having a fun women-centric vibe. She wanted her magazine site to have the same look and feel.
We redesigned her logo to update it to something a little more modern and clean, giving the magazine a serious edge while still appealing to her female audience. From there, finding a way to properly display the wide variety of content on the site in an organized fashion, while keeping it clean and clutter free was our goal. We provided design and coding services, delivering a fully operational template with graphics. The site was implemented in-house buy their webmaster. Overall a really successful project. We’ll be redesigning and moving their magazine’s blog from TypePad to WordPress shortly!
