Gena came to us looking for a totally “moxified” look for her new website. She’d been publishing using iWeb and wanted a more user-friend blog platform so she could share her experiences as a young woman living with and kick the proverbial butt of breast cancer.
The site is a highly customized Wordpress structure, with several areas of filtered content: Blog, Boobs and Crafts specifically. Gena also loves to post large feature images with her blog entries, along with images scattered throughout the text, so we wanted to make sure to accommodate that. We added scripting that allows her features images to be sized to fit, leaving Gena free to write her posts and not worry about resizing her pictures in an image editor.
Gena’s widget-friendly sidebars feature badges for the various sections of her site, along with beautiful, cheeky and totally adorable illustrations by none of than our own illustrator, Derek Yaniger.
I do not know even where to begin. Joelle is the queen of moxie. Since I entered the blogosphere I have wanted to be moxified to the fullest. I finally have been and I would not change a thing. Joelle is an amazing person to work with with super crafty ideas. She was able to take my mumble jumble of words and make it into a reality I never thought was possible. I knew I would like my new moxified site but I never thought it would knock the wind out of me. My friends and family can not stop commenting on how much they enjoy it and how well Joelle hit the nail on the head with her design. Way to go moxie. You truly are the couture of website design. I will have no other design my sites in the future. They are the best and way worth the wait no matter how long the line appears. I promise you will be satisfied not only with final product but the five star service along the way. Thanks for being so awesome and having a ton of moxie.
