Kathy Dragon of The Dragon’s Path came to us with a new project: Active Women. Kathy’s team had a strong vision in mind and asked that we help them bring it to life. With the help of illustrator Derek Yaniger, we created this large site filled with a gallery, sections on gear, travel, health and events.

To create this site, in addition to 7 integrated weblogs, we used extensive custom programming for Expression Engine, as well a heavy dose of PHP and javascript. Some features include: advanced categorization, custom member features, polling, and a custom event calendar. Heading graphic rotates on refresh. Original structure validates xhtml 1.0 transitional.
