I gave Joelle a very challenging assignment: “come up with a design that simultaneously was more serious than my ‘fun’ blog, but had some life and fun to it. Gravitas, but with Sparkle. She did a marvelous job, and managed to create a distinct, professional look — all the while ensuring it would not be boring.
