Here’s how it works:  we usually book a season in advance (roughly 3 months, a quarter, what-have-you… except for Fall where we only book October/November and keep December free for family and administrative stuff).  A month before the new season begins, we’ll begin to review the inquiries we reviewed over the past season.  (i.e., September 2nd, we started reviewing the inquiries we received over the Summer to book projects for October and November).

Winter - January through March
Spring - April through June
Summer - July through September
Fall - October / November
(No projects in December)

We review requests for proposal 4 times a year — the first week of the following month: September, December, March and June.  So plan ahead!  cheese
