“Exclusive”, as we use it in regards to Femmeplates™, means that our design is sold to you and only you and no one else. Ever. It does not mean you own the exclusive rights to the design or the images used within. You may not redistribute the design or the images contained for profit or gain of any kind, nor may you use it on marketing materials without express written consent. If you wish to have an even more exclusive couture design for your blog or website or a logo for merchandise, please fill out our Request for Proposal.
“Non-Exclusive” means that we are free to re-sell the design as often as we choose within the boundaries of the license agreements on the images associated with the design. Ba-da-boom, ba-da-bing.
