It’s about that time again — time to carve pumpkins for Halloween!  I’m a big fan of pumpkin carving, though I suspect I’m even more of a fan of cooking the seeds than anything else.  I definitely appreciate a well-carved pumpkin, though.  Sure, your basic jack-o-lantern is adorable, but I always enjoy those who get really creative.
A fun way to do that is to use pumpkin carving patterns. There are lots of sites out there, but a friend of mine turned me on to Pumpkin Glow, which has so many different patterns, I want to carve a whole patch!  imageI think my favorite is the “Napoleon Dynamite” pattern.  I think I might need to carve a flippin’ sweet pumpkin this year. GOSH!
Other pumpkin carving patterns:
Pumpkin Masters
The Pumpkin Wizard
Spookmaster
