It’s really fall now and even in San Diego I am feeling the change in season.  It’s been colder and cloudy here, compared to our usual 75 degrees, so I’ve puchased stock in Duraflame and have been enjoying pseudo-roaring fires for the last few nights.
I’m thrilled to see Kathy back online. I missed her!  It’s just not the same working with her, I tell you that. Hopefully, they’ll get her internet back up and running soon.
Speaking of running, I’ve been doing that like a chicken with her head cut off myself.  A few projects ran longer than anticipated, which pushed my whole schedule back a wee bit, but I’m making fabulous progress playing catch-up. It seems like many of the sites I’ve been working on lately have been humongous, which while time-consuming, is really great because it allows me to stretch my skills and explore new ways to push the limits of Expression Engine and other content management systems.
Among some of the interesting sites I’ve launched lately is Active Women, a site for the female adventure traveler and which features the art ofillustrator, Derek Yaniger.  Last week we launched Elm Creek, the online home of best-selling author Jennifer Chiaverini and this morning, we unveiled Follow Me to D.C., the online presence of David Harris, Congressional candidate for District 6 in Texas.  This site features a blog, photo gallery and events calendar, as well as a Virtual Campaign Office.  The feedback has been great so far, says the client, which is something we always love to hear.
We appreciate everyone’s patience during this challenging time and we thank you for your business!  I hope you and yours have a wonderful, family and friend-filled Thanksgiving holiday.
