Back in the Pink, Sparkly Saddle Again…

Greetings and salutations! We’re back from our holiday hiatus and are going through our slightly chubby inboxes, settling in for a brand new week in an april-fresh new year!  We’re looking forward to the exciting projects we’ve got lined up for this season and will be contacting our clients over the next day or so to get the project schedules set up and underway.

If you have recently inquired about working with us and haven’t filled out a Request for Proposal yet, please take a moment to do that. As of right now, we are both booked through March and will be reviewing projects for the Spring season starting March 2nd.  But, you never know!  Sometimes things come up and we’re able to review your project sooner, so it’s best to get that request in as soon as possible. We’d love to hear about your project!

The portfolio will be updated soon, as well. Between the two of us, we’ve got at least 20+ projects that haven’t made it to our portfolio yet, so be on the look out for that if you’re interested.

If you happened to pick up our book, The IT Girl’s Guide to Blogging with Moxie, we’d welcome your review!  If you’re so inclined, please pop over to Amazon and share your thoughts.

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. Kathy and I enjoyed our time off very much, recharged our creative batteries and are refreshed and ready to rock!  Thank you for your patience. :)

Happy Holidays!

This is just a note to wish you and yours a wonderful Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Festivus, Solstice, what have you… :cheese:

We will be taking the remainder of the year off to recharge our batteries for the fabulous projects we have scheduled for the New Year and will be returning to the office on Monday, January 5th to kick start 2009. Kathy and I both are so grateful for the amazing clients we’ve had the opportunity to work with this year, along with all the cool people kind enough to hang out on our waiting list.  Thank you for your business!  And if we haven’t worked with you yet, we look forward to doing so soon.

Happy Holidays and a safe New Year!

Ho Ho Ho and Happy Holidays!

You may have noticed a little dose of Christmas cheer here on our website.  The adorable holiday versions of our characters were again designed by the ever-talented Derek Yaniger.  (He’s got a very cool new art/coffee table book out, Wildsville!  It would make a great gift for Christmas, don’t you think? *wink*)  Of course, so does our book, Blogging with Moxie!

This is just a reminder that we’re on administrative hiatus for the month of December. There are a few jobs that we are wrapping up in the first couple weeks of the month and then after that we will be enjoying the holidays with our friends and family, gearing up for the amazing new year and new projects ahead of us.

However, that said, we’re going to be opening our schedules tomorrow to begin reviewing requests for proposals for the Winter 2009 season.  We will begin by contacting any prospective clients who wished to remain on our waiting list from the Summer first, then respond to any and all inquiries we received from September 2nd - 11:59pm tonight, December 1st.  If you wish for your project to be considered for the Winter season (January - March), please make sure to get your thoroughly-completed Request for Proposal submitted by midnight tonight.

I, Joelle, will be out of the office December 3rd - 7th in Atlanta to go over the inquiries with Kathy personally. (If I am finishing up a project for you, fret not. I’ll be responding to email.)  We are really looking forward to reviewing your inquiries and discussing your projects further with you.

Here’s to a beautiful, fun-filled, happy, happy holiday season to you and yours!  xo

Two Weeks!

Hello, hello!  This is just a quick note to remind you that our schedules will be opening for project review two weeks from today, beginning December 2nd.  We will begin contacting anyone who wished to remain on our list from the Fall review first and then move on to those who submitted their requests for Winter 2009.  Please don’t let the waiting list discourage you!  We’ll follow up on every single request we receive up until 11:59pm December 1st starting

December 2nd and hopefully, that will include you.

So! If you are interested in working with either myself or Kathy in the first quarter of 2009, January - March, please make sure to submit your thoroughly completed Request for Proposal form as soon as possible. The sooner you get it in, the higher you are on the list.

Please

be as thorough and realistic as possible.  We are only able to take a limited number of project per quarter and incomplete forms only delay the process.  Help us help you!  :cheese:

Kathy and I are excited about the coming year and look forward to working with you!

Autumn is Upon Us!

On this beautiful first day of Autumn, my one spot left has been filled and I’m now, along with Kathy, booked until December 2nd, when we’ll be scheduling projects for the New Year (Winter 2009 season, January - March). If you have recently submitted a Request for Proposal or are planning on it, please note the pink boxes that highlight our current availability.

Have I mentioned that our book, Blogging with Moxie, has been flying off the shelves lately?  It’s always been doing steadily well, but recently, it’s going like

hotcakes

! If you haven’t picked up your copy yet, drop by Amazon and pick one up!  If you have interest in blogging and fancy an entertaining read, then check out The IT Girl’s Guide to Blogging with Moxie by The Moxie Girls… that’s us! :cheese:

We would both

love

to hear about your project, so if you’re interested in getting on our waiting list for the December 2nd bunch, please fill out your Request for Proposal as soon as possible — we respond to them in the order in which they are received.  In order to help expedite your request, please (pretty please?) be as thorough as possible on your form.  A quick “I want a blog”, skipping things like the name, vision and budget doesn’t really give us a clear picture of your project.  Hiring a professional designer and making an investment in your website is worth a few minutes to make sure we have a clear understanding of what you want, don’t you agree?  Help us help

you

. Thanks!
